If it's hot keep your clothing light. When ever outdoors on a sweltering day, put on loosely fitting clothes. You can always put more clothes on, but this way you will have a better chance of staying cool and not loosing too much water by sweating.

You need to know whether you drank enough water each day so count if you need to. Drinking fluids is good but drinking water is much better.
